Welcome to Kitty Dash, a mobile game developed by Satura Games ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our players ("users" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding any information generated or collected when you play Kitty Dash on Android or iOS devices.
By downloading, installing, or playing Kitty Dash, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our game.
Zero Personal Data Collection
We believe in absolute data privacy. Satura Games does not collect, store, or share any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) from users of Kitty Dash.
For example, we do not collect:

- Your phone number or device contact lists.
- Precise geolocation details.
- Social media accounts or profile information.
Local Game Save & Purchases
Kitty Dash is designed as an offline-first infinite running game. All game progress and stats are stored directly on your physical device.
Your earned coins, high scores, purchased skins, and consumable items are saved strictly within your device's local memory (using local data saves like Unity's PlayerPrefs or secure binary files). Satura Games does not host a server to sync this data, and we cannot access or restore your local save if you delete the app or lose your device.
In-App Purchases (Real Money): Currently, Kitty Dash does not feature real-money in-app purchases (IAP). All shop transactions (skins, power-ups, etc.) use 100% virtual coins earned solely through playing the game. No credit card or billing details are ever requested or collected.
Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep the game free to play, we display advertisements within the game using Google AdMob. The AdMob SDK integrated into the game may collect and use certain device metrics to serve and measure advertisements.
This third-party collection typically includes:
- Device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA).
- IP addresses (used to determine general country/region location).
- App performance data (crashes, load times) and interaction with ads.
We care deeply about a family-friendly experience. We have configured Google AdMob to apply strict content filters to block adult-oriented or inappropriate categories (such as 18+ ads). Only age-appropriate, general-audience ads are shown in Kitty Dash.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Kitty Dash is a fun, general-audience game designed to be enjoyed by players of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age limit in your jurisdiction).
Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international standards:
- We do not request personal info or provide chat systems inside the game.
- Our advertising networks (AdMob) are instructed via app configuration flags to serve non-personalized and age-appropriate ads for child-directed sessions.

Your Rights & Data Control
Because all gameplay data (coins, skins) is saved locally on your mobile device, you have complete control over your data:
- Data Erasure: To delete all game history, stats, and coins, simply uninstall Kitty Dash from your device or navigate to your device settings, select "Kitty Dash", and tap "Clear Data" / "Clear Cache".
- Advertising Opt-Out: You can limit personalized ad tracking on your device by visiting your Android Settings (Privacy > Ads) or iOS Settings (Privacy > Tracking) and enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" or denying tracking permissions.
